The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is the leading peer-led support group organization in the country.

Our support groups serve people with depression and/or bipolar disorder (formerly known as manic-depression) and their loved ones.

There are no doctors or therapists, just people like you.

Thanks to people in your community DBSA has support groups in your area.

Each group is a bit different, find the right group for you.

Our Dane County chapter was started in 2003 on the east side of Madison, and a year later we added the west side group.

 Both groups continue to grow every year.

We hope to include more diverse groups in the future.
